A child of Army parents, Ashley was born in Colorado Springs, Colo., and spent time in Nuremberg Germany, and Huntsville, Ala., before finally moving to Richmond as a teen. She graduated from Manchester High School and attended ODU and VCU, studying business administration. Ashley’s studies paid off – she’s been a successful administrative professional for nearly 20 years.
Ashley always had a love of houses and interior design, and after three successful years she finally officially came on board the team! Ashley currently resides with her husband of 9 years, 3 daughters, and 2 adorable pups.

Craig lives and breathes our team’s core values: gratitude, integrity, duty, and service. He began his Real Estate career in January of 2016, and quickly became one of the most prolific property managers in Central Virginia. He credits this success to his work ethic, his “client first” mentality, and the ongoing support from his family.

His passion for the city of Lynchburg coupled with his dedication to customer service makes him a natural fit as your property manager.
Craig was born and reared in Lynchburg, Virginia, and lives in Westover Hills with his lovely wife, Emily. He attended Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, Virginia, and earned a BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in History in 2010. Craig has an incredible dedication to customer service, and consistently pushes the team to adopt habits, practices and procedures that will leave our clients with a lasting feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment.

Erin has been in some facet of real estate since 2012, and found her niche in residential real estate operations in 2015. She has a passion for efficient systems, doing things the right way, and providing service that makes the process feel easy. At work, you can find her collaborating with her teammates to create an exceptional client experience, analyzing and improving logistics and systems. When not at work, you can find her hanging out with her husband and son, playing music, painting, or anything that gets her outdoors on a beautiful day.
